An alligator snatched a two-year-old boy and dragged him under water at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa in Bay Lake, Florida. His parents witnessed the attack and tried to save him. The boy's four-year-old sister was also present but wasn't injured.

The Orange County Sheriff's office and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission conducted a search and recovery effort to locate the boy's body, which was found the following day.

His body was found intact about 10 to 15 yards away from the location of the attack. It is believed that he was drowned by the alligator, which was between 4 and 7 feet long.
