According to a report from the Red Cross, about 60 people were still missing after a building collapsed during a heavy rainstorm on April 30th in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya.
Ten were known dead and a surviving man was dug out of the building after ten hours. The building was reportedly just two years old and had at least six floors.
